29 Week Update

I know, I know - I'm way behind! Hopefully there will be an updated preggo photo posted tonight. I really shouldn't be taking the time to post an entry right now, but I'm considering it a quick break in my crazy busy day and I've decided I'm allowed! Doctor's appointment yesterday went well - apparently I won the contest for gaining the most weight in the last month. What can I say, I always try to stay in front of the pack! Took the glucose test where I drank icky sugary orange drink, sat for an hour (no biggee, Oprah and Mitch joined me and made the hour just fly by!) and had my blood drawn. The results should be back today so if I don't hear anything from my doctor than apparently no gestational diabetes for me. I've been waking up more often throughout the night, but luckily have been able to return to sleep rather quickly. I found it a challenge this morning to put on my socks - it was a toughy, but I managed eventually. Mitch surprised me yesterday and bought me an hour long pregnancy swedish massage - gotta love him! HOORAY!!!!! I'm thinking of using it this Saturday, but then again I may keep it for a couple of weeks for another time when I really need it - who am I kidding, I'll always think I really need it! Saturday it is!

Right, so I've been a little more off my rocker and moody recently, but I'm really trying to pull it together. There are definitely times that I don't even realize I'm acting ridiculous until it's pointed out to me....it's a difficult balance sometimes.

We are now a family of 2 cars rather than just one - last weekend we purchased a Hyundai Sonata and I love it! There's so much room, and the trunk is gigantic! Baby Isaacs, we're ready for all your gear!

Okay, I really must get back to work. It's been nice recently catching up with friends from far away - if we haven't connected yet (or in some cases (Paul) if we've gotten disconnected because of the trains) then hopefully we'll chat more soon. Only 2 days until Friday!!!!!
