The weekend was busy yet relaxing, which in my opinion is the best combination possible! Friday night we went crib/changing table shopping and picked out what will go in the baby's nursery. Check it off the list! Of course the next hurdle will be putting the furniture together, but we'll leave that for a later date!
My feet have been swelling and really hurting. I spent most of Sunday with my feet elevated, which alleviated the pain somewhat but as soon as I went grocery shopping they were back to aching again. Right, so I can't elevate my feet all day long! How would I get anything accomplished?! It's strange because my feet hurt to the touch, so although a massage feels really great afterwards it really hurts while it's happening and there are specific areas of my feet that are the "no-touch or I'll hit you" zone where it just hurts too much to touch at all! I'll mention this all to my Doctor at our next visit, but I think it just comes with the territory. The wedding ring has come off because I've noticed some swelling in my fingers and I'd rather take it off now rather than be forced to have it cut off if my fingers swell more! Hopefully this week will be low-stress and not too busy. Going to do some research on maternity massages - sounds really good right now!
Elizabeth swung by on her way back from Indy to paint pottery; however I hadn't gotten the memo that downtown was shut down due to a beer garden festival, so instead we all went shopping - what's a girl to do!
Of course the BIG NIGHT that we have been waiting for - the COLTS OPENER! I thought the Colts season would never get here! The Colts pulled out a victory from the NY Giants but I was on the edge of the couch! Good job Blue - keep it up!
Side Note: My cousin Molly is on her way to spend the semester in Ireland. Her flight leaves today. Have a great time Molly - keep us posted on how you're doing!

I'm sorry to hear that your poor feet are hurting you so badly. Glad your Colts won. I'm not a football person but even I watched the latter portion of the Rams game to watch them win their opener as well. I think I miss StL!
